“Luqmaan The Wise said to his son, ‘O son! Don’t eat stomachful upon stomachful, for indeed many a meal it is that has given a person an illness.’”

And in another narration, “Luqmaan the Wise said to his son, ‘O son! Don’t eat anything on top of a full stomach—leaving it for a dog is better for you than eating it yourself.’”
