“Every Day He Has a Matter to Bring Forth.”

Shaikh ’Uthaimeen, may Allaah have mercy on him said, “The Most High’s Saying, ‘Every day He has a matter to bring forth,’ [Rahmaan 55:29] He enriches the poor, and reduces to poverty the rich, He causes the healthy to become sick and the ailing to become healthy, gives sanctuary to the afraid and makes fearful those who were safe, and so on.
Allaah, the Most High, does that every day, such matters, without doubt, changing due to His Wisdom.
He, The Most High, said, ‘Thinketh man that he is to be left neglected?’ [Qiyaamah 75:36] So we believe that Allaah does not decree a matter but out of wisdom, only that sometimes we may know what it is and at others we don’t.”
