The Shaikh of Islaam Ibn Taymiyyah, may Allah have mercy on him, said, “Because worship and tawakkul encompass the religion in its entirety, and that is why one of the Salaf said, ‘Indeed Allaah brought [all] the revealed Books together in the Quraan, and He combined the knowledge of the Quraan in the mufassal Surahs, and He gathered the knowledge of the mufassal Surahs in al-Faatihah, and He combined the knowledge of al-Faatihah in His Saying, ‘Thee (alone) we worship and Thee (alone) we ask for help.’’”

At-Tuhfah al-’Iraaqiyyah, p. 315.
